Thanks for the reply. Sorry to be such a pain, but I have been losing sales because of this problem. In looking at other cart providers over the past few days I noticed they have had similar problems with the USPS API and have corrected the problem. I sent you some links in a direct email this morning and hopefully these will help resolve the issue.
