USPS International Mailing

Hi, I would like to use USPS for all my shipping. I would like to offer sales in Canada, Europe, Australia, South America, but avoid countries like Nigeria etc. Is there a way to restrict countries for international shipping? Is this a possible change you can make? thank you, Jean
