Shopping cart options

Perhaps we are on different subscriptions.
I use their Premium paid service (I think that what they call it).
Anyway, the area in cart setup for multiple shipping options takes up a large portion of my shopping cart configuration.
If you cannot locate Shipping OPtions, I would conclude we are looking at a different cart configuration pages. I don't know how to direct you. I've never tried emailing a copy the cart configuration page. Wonder if it can be done?
